Role description
We are looking for an innovative and inclusive Coach Developer to join us at PGMOL. This role is essential in supporting the development of the PGMOL coaching team, to enhance their coaching skills in support of the match officials working across the professional game.
You’ll have the opportunity to support the delivery of a comprehensive coach development programme including group level and individual support to accelerate the standards of coaching delivery.
We’d love to hear from you if you are an experienced coach developer with:
Experience of supporting coaches at the elite level
A good understanding of the principles of adult learning
Experience of reflective practice and Developmental Action Planning
High level delivery skills in both face to face and online environments
What you can expect to be involved in
The delivery of the coach development curriculum through face-to-face training, online events and digital learning outputs
Individualised coaching mentoring of a team of coaches
Feedback ongoing progress reporting to help shape the development curriculum and operating practices
Contributing to the ongoing evolution of the coach development service across PGMOL
