ROLE DESCRIPTION
Do you want to help make a difference to football in Hordaland?
From autumn 2024, we have a vacant position as a club developer and are therefore looking for a new employee to join our development team. The development department is responsible for a wide range of tasks towards the clubs in general and individuals in particular. This role will have responsibility for general club development where recruitment, NFF quality club and extra focus on more girls and equal opportunities are central.
The position is outgoing and some of the working hours are evenings and or weekends.
The position is a three-year commitment, with the possibility of extension. Desired entry is 1 September 2024.

NFF HORDALAND is one of 18 football circles directly under the NFF. We organize football activities in Hordaland in Vestland county and today consist of approx. 160 active clubs that participate with around 2,750 football teams. We have 14 employees, a turnover of around NOK 18 million and have offices at Idrettens Hus in Bergen.

Qualifications
Relevant education at college level
Good knowledge of NFF Hordaland and our clubs
Knowledge of, and experience with, Norwegian football's organisation, values, goals and workings
Ability to think holistically and long-term
Good digital competence (Office 365, SoMe etc.)
Ability to present subject matter, lead meetings and development processes
Personal characteristics
Collaborative, innovative and loyal
Outgoing with the ability for positive, clear and good communication
Humble, structured and solution-oriented with great capacity
Development-oriented professionally, administratively and personally
