ROLE DESCRIPTION

With more than 300 players, EIF is the largest football club in its region. In addition to the junior teams, the club has both men's and women's representative teams. EIF's operations are growing and developing and now we are looking for a full-time coaching manager to support the club's strategy. You are supported by the club's executive director, club coordinator and other full-time coaches, as well as an active board.

Responsibilities of the position

· Responsible coaching in 2 age groups/teams · Implementation of the club's events together with the club's employees

We require

· Passion and pedagogical skills for working with children's and young people's football and exercise

· Organizational ability and excellent communication skills

· Possibility to work flexibly also in the evenings and weekends

· Flexibility and team play

· At least UEFA C license

We appreciate

· You have initiative, planning and the ability and desire to get things done

· You are independent, but you also have excellent cooperation skills

· Swedish and English oral and written skills

· We consider training in sports, education or teaching an advantage, as well as other completed football coaching trainings

The position is Full-time and the employment relationship is permanent (trial period 3 months). If you wish, we can also discuss part-time work.
