About the Team:
Based at Stamford Bridge, the communication team deal with a range of duties, from press conferences with new signings, ensuring our staff are kept informed on what is going on across the club and sharing news and updates with our fans.
What We Looking For:
We are looking for a candidate to operationally deliver our pre-match child mascot programme on matchdays for both our mens and womens home matches, helping us to create fun and engaging ‘once in a lifetime experiences for children participating in the child mascot matchday experience (between 7-12 years old).
You will be the main point of contact for all parents and guardians, by way of face to face and inbox queries in the run up to matches and on matchday itself. In delivering the programme, you will carry out the responsibilities of the Safeguarding Lead, alongside adhering to the Health and Safety protocols, as well as the wellbeing of those in attendance. The successful candidate will be expected to work evenings and weekends that are in line with our fixtures schedule.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required:
Experience working with children between 7-12 years old.
Flexibility to work over evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have:
Chelsea Football Club knowledge.
Experience delivering a programme (i.e. Holiday Camp, After School Activities).
