Overview

Hartlepool United Football Club is a professional association football club based in the North-East of England. It is one of the oldest clubs in the world with history that traces all the way back to 1881.

The club was rescued and purchased by Chairman Raj Singh in 2017 following a period of decline and mismanagement that saw the team relegated into the National Leagues.

Since 2017 extensive progress has been made both in terms of restoring financial viability to club and business as well as progressing the team and football operations. After a highly successful 2020/21 league campaign the team secured promotion back into the English Football League.

Having recently secured a championship class training facility at Durham University and with advancing plans for a new town centre stadium development, the Club is very well poised to further progress in its football league status.
