ROLE DESCRIPTION

Partick Thistle are currently searching for a new CEO to join the club, with the ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and possessing an understanding of commercial sponsorships agreements.



Reporting directly to the club's Board of Directors, the CEO will be expected to provide leadership for all off-field staff, work with the football management department, as well act as the point of contact between the club and the relevant football governing bodies.





Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and implementation of the club's strategic plan.
Identify areas of opportunity for commercial growth.
Maximise key revenue streams such as ticket sales, sponsorships, hospitality and merchandising.
Work closely with the football department to aid player recruitment, retention and development strategies.
Ensure compliance across the club with the relevant rules and regulations.
Represent the club in public appearances and foster strong ties with the local community.
Recruit, develop and retain top talent across various departments.
Undertake other administrative duties




Requirements:

Previous experience in an executive leadership role, preferably in the sports industry.
Strong understanding of the football business, including club operations and revenue streams.
Experience in budgeting, financial management and revenue generation.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Passion for football and commitment to the success of the club.
Ability to deal with conflicting demands in an administrative capacity.
Good understanding and working knowledge of social media.
