An exciting opportunity has arisen, as Cornwall County FA begins the search for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation.



We are seeking to recruit an inspiring, dynamic, and motivated leader as our new Chief Executive Officer.

Cornwall FA is responsible for providing the structure and support that enables players, coaches, volunteers, and referees from across Cornwall to develop and enjoy the beautiful game.


We are looking for a new CEO to be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day running of Cornwall FA and to spearhead the strategic direction and culture of the organisation. The successful candidate will also lead on developing the new 4-year business strategy and continue the ongoing development of the organisation as well as to act as an ambassador for grassroots football.


This is a crucial role for Cornwall FA so the successful applicant will need to be a highly qualified, skilled, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual with a passion for football and a strong record of accomplishment in strategic leadership of a small to medium sized business
