About the Team:Ensure the development centre coaching programme is delivered effectively, to help recruit the best talents inLondon & South East at U8s for Chelsea Football Club
What We Looking For: Coach at a local U6-U8 Academy Development Centre. Attend all in-service training. Demonstrate individual personality and style as a coach, working within the clubs framework andapproach.Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required:
Essential Minimum FA Level 3 (UEFA B) Football Qualification (We may at times look for assistant coaches withFA Level 2 qualifications). Valid First Aid & Safeguarding Children certificates. Working towards FA Youth Module 3/Advanced Youth Award. To be qualified in Emergency aid/First Aid at Work. Enrol as a member of the FA licensed coaches club
Experience: Knowledge of current methods in coaching. Evidence of the ability to plan coaching sessions. Experience of coaching players from the Under 6 to Under 8 age groups. Availability during any (or all) of the following times: Evenings, Weekends, School Holidays.
