Casual Sales Centre Representative
About The Role
LCFC has a fantastic opportunity for individuals to join our Sales Centre team on a casual basis, supporting our ticket operation in times of peak demand (e.g. home matchdays)
LCFCs Sales Centre Representatives are pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the Clubs ticketing operations; it is our Representatives who are often the first – and sometimes the only – point of contact between the Club and its supporters who wish to purchase tickets or contact the Club with general enquiries. Whether in person, on the phone or via e-mail, the key requirement of the role is to sell products such as matchday tickets, season tickets and memberships ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times.
Who Were Looking For
The ideal candidates will possess experience of working in a telesales environment, clearly demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Were looking for individuals who thrive in a team environment yet are passionate to take ownership of their work to ensure we meet the needs of our supporters.
In addition to your commitment to excellent customer service, it is essential that our Sales Centre Representatives are highly organised, enthusiastic and approachable whilst also able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
A key requirement of the role is that you are available to work home matchdays; this involves offers of work across evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Additional offers of work may be available.
