About the opportunity: We are looking for a number of Casual Matchday Lounge Coordinator(s) to join our Hospitality team on matchdays.
As a Casual Matchday Lounge Coordinator you will present a positive first impression of the Club’s hospitality experience, showcasing friendliness, excellent service, and high standards throughout each match.
You will greet guests upon arrival, show guests to their table, provides them with information on the running of the day before handing over to the catering team.
Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate(s) will have a real passion for delivering exceptional and professional customer service and have experience of dealing with customers face to face in a hospitality environment.
This position is on a casual basis.
