About the job
Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit a Scout on a casual basis to watch grassroots football in London for Academy players aged U13-U18. Due to the ad hoc nature of the role the candidate will need to be based in, or close to South London.

The Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) is a long-term plan introduced by the Premier League to promote the development of a world leading Academy system. Within the plan professional Clubs are awarded a categorisation for their Academy, depending on their ability to fulfil the criteria outlined above. Our Academy has been awarded the highest possible status (Category One).

Scouts are required to assist with Scouting and Recruitment providing a systematic coverage of local Football in order to identify realistic recruitment targets for the Academy at Norwich City Football Club.

Successful applicants will be paid an hourly rate which will be systematically reviewed so that high achievers are offered higher remuneration and more games to watch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years scouting experience.
