About the opportunity: We are looking for a number of Casual Fan Support Assistant(s) to join our ‘Happy to Help Team’ to work as part of the Fan Services matchday team, supporting in welcoming and assisting both home and away supporters on a Match day at Goodison Park and occasionally at a City Centre location for certain home fixtures.
Other core responsibilities you will cover as part of this role include:
Welcoming both home and away supporters into the stadium, at all touchpoints, with a positive and friendly approach
Assisting home and away supporters with any access or turnstile issues they may have
To assist in improving the match day experience by providing an effective ‘happy to help’ service before, during and post games.
Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate(s) will have a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have experience of dealing with customers face to face.
This position is on a casual basis.
