Rush Soccer is seeking a CAP Director with Colorado Rush Soccer Club, located in Lakewood, Colorado. The CAP Director must be organized, self-motivated, have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), be involved in a local Rush club currently, and have an understanding of NCAA and NAIA guidelines. Rush Soccer, a worldwide soccer club formed in 2002 with over 40,000 youth players throughout the U.S. and numerous international Rush teams throughout the Americas, Africa, and Asia.

This position will be responsible for educating and informing all Rush Soccer players the various opportunities available to them through the Rush CAP program. This will create and provide Rush Soccer College ID Camps for the Colorado Rush membership. The CAP Director will be the main point of contact for all players and their respective college interests. This position will also coach one team within the GA.

This is a part-time, salaried position with a salary range of $20,000 - $30,000 per year.
