The Role
Exciting opportunities have become available for Burnley Football Club to build a group of proactive and friendly Burnley FC Ambassadors / Representative’s. 

The Person
Are you a people person who can work with others to identify reasonable solutions? You may be our next Burnley FC Ambassador / Representative.
You will  have experience of working within a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Role Expectations
As a Burnley FC Ambassador / Representative, you will be expected to:
Warmly welcoming guests in a personal and engaging manner to facilitate their check-in within our hospitality lounges/areas.
Addressing  guest queries and guiding them to the appropriate individual or area.
