POSITION TITLE: League 1 Reserve U19 & U21 Head Coach for Male team
POSITION STATUS: Part-time, Contract
REPORTS TO: Technical Director
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Until position is filled
START DATE: Sept 4, 2023
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and organize weekly training plans and sessions.
Weekly Communication with Player/Coaches and Club staff.
Assist in tryout and player selections.
Provide written and verbal feedback to players as needed.
Work with the Rovers Premier Team Head Coach, & Sporting Director to identify
players & ensure the Club Game Model is being executed.
Attend additional training and/or workshops run by the BSC or a third party, as per
the guidance of the Technical Director.
Experience & Qualifications

Canadian Nat B or in progress
Making Ethical Decisions, Making Headway in soccer, Respect in Sport Activity
Leader (all required)
Up to date Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector included

Safe Sport, Emergency Action Plan & Mental Health in Sport
10 years coaching experience
