Job Title: Boys’ Football Development Officer (13-16yrs)
Salary: £23.5k-£26k + Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Line Manager: Football Development Manager
Role Summary:
The role will work within the Foundation’s Football and Education Programme, with specific responsibility for our U13-U16 Development Centres and supporting delivery within the Further Education programme.
Playing a key role in supporting player progression and regression through our structured football pathway, the officer will be pivotal to allowing players to realise and reach their potential on and off the pitch.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
FA Level 2/UEFA C Qualification
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a football environment
Experiences of working in a “developmental” football environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds
Experience of managing budgets
Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
