The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an outgoing, empathetic and intuitive BFC Women First Team Coach at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.
The Person
The ideal candidate will possess their UEFA B Licence and have experience of coaching. They will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Role Expectations
Our BFC Women First Team Coach will be expected to:
Collaborate with the coaching staff to analyse opponents, develop game strategies and contribute to the preparation of the team for matchdays.
Assist with the planning, organising, and delivering engaging and effective training sessions that focus on technical skills, tactics, fitness and teamwork.
