The Role
Come and join our Burnley FC Women’s team as BFC Women Assistant Coach and College Programme Coach.

The Person
You will be proactive, accurate and an excellent communicator. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Role Expectations
As the BFC Women Assistant Coach College Programme Coach, you will be expected to:
Work closely with the Head Coach and coaching staff to plan, execute, and evaluate training sessions, tactical strategies and match preparation for Burnley FC Women's senior team.
Design and deliver comprehensive training curriculum for the Post-16 College Football Programme, focusing on technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of the game.
