ROLE DESCRIPTION

Athletic and rehabilitation trainer
in the performance area (U17-U23)
Main tasks:
• Planning, organizing, implementing and documenting
Rehabilitation units with U23 players
• Independent implementation of individual athletic units with players
of the performance range
• Supporting athletic team training
• Participation in the development of rehabilitation standards and their
subsequent implementation and evaluation
• Support in the context of performance diagnostic measures
Requirements:
• Completed degree in sports science or one
related discipline (plus additional qualifications)
• Proven experience as an athletic trainer, ideally in football or one
other team sports
• Sound understanding of biomechanics and physiological aspects of the
human performance
• Knowledge of the latest developments in the field of sports
Performance and training methods
• Competence in recognizing individual needs and training plans
adjust accordingly
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Interact with players, coaches and the medical team
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends
