As a member of our team, youll also gain access to an exclusive range of club and partner discounts via our benefits platform, United Rewards.The Purpose: The Associate Partnerships Director will be responsible for driving thestrategic direction and delivery of a portfolio of global partnerships. The primary element of this role isto liaise closely with the US based partner team. This will involve a non-standard working day (starting at 12pm finishing at 8pm) and frequent travel to the US, sometimes for extended periods (tour, planning, events).The Role:

Own and manage partner season plan, ensuring timely campaign briefs, approvals, and execution.
Lead as primary contact for partner team and agencies, ensuring high standards of execution.
Specialize in partner category dynamics and inform team of market insights.
Oversee activation delivery for partner events and experiences.
Keep internal departments informed of partner developments and handle operational issues.
Prepare executive briefs and presentations for key events and meetings.
Drive partner performance through timely presentations and case studies.
Manage rights optimisation, delivery, and approval of matchday assets.
Ensure compliance with partner contracts and financial controls.
Support Partner Renewal Plan and personal development goals.
Foster a positive cultural environment and collaborate effectively across teams.

The Person:Technical skills:

Strategic planning experience
Insight-led, content campaigns capability across B2B/B2C/DTC
Brand and marketing experience across a range of blue chip brands internationally
Commercially astute,with a sound knowledge of all marketing platforms including digital/social.
Creative and innovative with a strong attention to detail to ensure campaigns are executed with excellence
Analytical, inquisitive and data literate with a high attention to detail and a strong reliance on measurement to build compelling business cases which influence decision making
Crisis management experience forged through organisational, brand, people or product challenges

Interpersonal skills:

High level of personal influence capable of engaging, influencing and negotiating with key decision makers
Through personality and experience, exude gravitas and excellent communication skills that allow you to build strong and trusted strategic relationships
Positive mindset, solution driven attitude. Able to motivate and lead change.
Energy and motivation to make an impact, to drive and support the team, and to take the initiative
