Job Description
Location Leyton Orient FC Training Ground Chigwell/Various other sites
Working pattern and Work base Full time (40 hours) per week (Monday to Sunday)
Flexible working arrangements/hours
Required to work outside of normal office hours, at evenings and weekends, on bank holidays and public holidays.
Required to work across different bases
On The Grass
Assist the PDP Lead Coach develop and deliver the coaching syllabus ensuring this is a flexible approach to meet the needs of the player
Monitor and report on individual player development through the performance clock and P.M.A
Involvement in individual Physical development of players in the Professional Development Phase.
Undertake all Coaching aspects as detailed within the ILP of the players
Work closely with the YDP Lead Coach to ensure there is a smooth transition for players moving from U16s into the Professional Development Phase.
Monior the transition of players from the Youth Development Phase into the Professional Development Phase and players into potential First Team players.
To integrate with all Academy department, staff to deliver a holistic development programme for all players.
Undertake enhancement of specific personal Qualifications and all CPD provided by the Club and regulatory bodies.
