Summary of Position
Elon University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach. The assistant will work under the supervision of the head coach to assist with all aspects of the NCAA division 1 program.

Position Description
General Purpose of Position
Works under the direction and supervision of the Head Men’s Soccer coach to teach basic skills and strategy, evaluate potential and performance, manage behavior of team members through modeling and teaching acceptable codes of behavior within the sport. Demonstrate a commitment to NCAA rules, compliance and adherence to NCAA regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with daily practice preparation and game strategy. Assist head coach with all operational aspects of the program. Recruit qualified student-athletes to maximize team performance. Assist with departmental needs as assigned.

Education and Experience
BS / BA required.
