Assistant Hospitality Manager

Who we are looking for: We are looking for an individual with a genuine passion for good food and customer service.

The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate concisely, assertively and effectively and at all levels of the organisation and have the ability to deal with anti-social situations, should the need arise.
Other key Knowledge and Skills will include:

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure

Attention to detail and the ability to identify and solve problems

Experience of working as a Chef / Cook / Assistant Bar Manager, with management responsibility

Experience of similar work in a canteen, public house, restaurant or similar environment

Proven experience of effectively supporting a team to deliver catering solutions

Working knowledge of Health and Safety

Knowledge of food, its nutritional value and its safe preparation.

Level 3 or above Food Hygiene Certificate

The hours for this role will be 35 hours per week, this role requires a flexible approach to working hours, as the post holder will be required to work evenings and weekends to support the ongoing needs and demands of the facilities.

The successful post holder will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) prior to engagement.

This opportunity will be offered on a Permanent basis
