An exciting opportunity to join Birmingham City Football Club. This role will be supporting the Academy Club Secretary and Operations Team and will be an integral part of day to day running of this department.
Coordination of all transport requirements for players, staff and trialists, including local, national and international transport.
Matchday coordination of Academy fixtures (U7-U18), at Wast Hills Training Ground on Saturdays and Sundays as required.
Liaising with the Club Health Safety Manager as required.
Coordination of Academy drivers in line with policies, procedures and rules.
Planning the weekly schedule for Academy drivers and communicating this effectively.
Maintaining records required for compliance with legal and Club regulations.
Any other duties commensurate with the grade and falling within the scope of the post, as requested by the Academy Director, Academy Operations Manager or Academy Secretary
Provide administrative assistance to the Academy Secretary and Academy Operations Manager to effectively run the Academy programme.
Responsibility for minutes for Operations/Administration departmental meetings.
Management of Host Family administration and expenses.
Manage staff player files on the Academy SharePoint folder.
Manage the PMA report process across the Academy age groups and support players, parents and staff with PMA queries.
Management of the purchase ordering system (PO) and associated invoices.
Keep up to date with knowledge of current legislation and policies, communicating key changes to staff as appropriate.
Update Academy website with news, fixture information and locations where appropriate.
Responsibility for all Academy wide correspondence to parents and carers.
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Masters in Sport Management.
Valid Driving Licence.

Experience working within administration / operations.

Experience / knowledge of the EPPP.
Experience of working with football regulations.
Experience / knowledge of the PMA system.
