Role description
We are looking for an Arsenal Alumni Relationship Coordinator who will develop and manage proactive programmes to deepen club’s relationship with our ex-players and long-serving past and present colleagues.

Your day-to-day
Build and maintain fantastic relationships with our ex-players and ex-colleagues.
Manage an effective database and up to date records.
Be the first point of contact for our ex-players and former colleagues, for any questions or general contact.
Build an exciting engagement programme in order to excite our ex-players, and bring them closer to our club.
Create and run a calendar of events for our ex-players, for example celebration dinners and matchday activities.
Create an effective and efficient process for ex-players to get appropriate match tickets.
What We Are Looking For
Good experience of creating engaging programmes for alumni members.
Interest or the willingness to learn about our clubs history.
Excellent relationship building and communications skills with people of all levels, and who is a team player.
Someone courageous who can think differently and try new things, all in the pursuit of progress to differentiate our brand.
