Football Australia is the national governing body for football in Australia and a member of Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), the international governing body for football. ABOUT THE ROLE
This Sydney based role will drive end-to-end business analysis services across data, project and product initiatives for Football Australia in collaboration with Digital Team, FA leadership, and deliver Customer- and Business-led initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Scope, plan, develop & execute solutions across Data, Product & Project initiatives for FA Digital and wider FA Business with understanding of football landscape, sensitivities
Perform business, data, product and project analyst functions, supporting Leads in documentation, facilitation, organisation; tracking of actions, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions
Map customer persona, journeys, user stories, test criteria, processes, systems, data, business rules, policies, moments of truths, handover points, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations
Develop data dashboards and visualisation, perform data analytics
Support performance of project development, delivery and controls duties
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Product analysis skills – customer persona, journeys, user stories, test criteria, processes, systems, data, business rules, policies, moments of truths, handover points, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations
Product design, wireframing, road mapping skills – develop screen design concepts, low-fidelity prototyping skills, product roadmap
Project support, analyst and controls skills – requirements documentation, customer & user interviews, stakeholder engagement, support scoping, planning, defining, ideating, prototyping, executing, testing
Ability to use MS Office, Atlassian JIRA Confluence, Slack, Miro, Figma (desirable – Visio)
Data analytics (Tableau, Power BI, CSVs, SQL, Python), and visualisation skills
Full working rights in Australia
Working with children check (paid/ employee) or state- based equivalent
Out of hours and weekend work as required
