POSITION OVERVIEW:As an integral part of the Business Strategy and Analytics team, this Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the overall data strategy for Nashville Soccer Club and GEODIS Park business operations. This role will primarily focus on our CRM environment and related analytical needs to aid in driving business decisions. A successful candidate will be excited to tackle data initiatives on a daily basis, develop user interfaces and visualizations that are streamlined and insightful, and balance independent work with a healthy dose of collaboration across several departments. If you are excited by the idea of joining a resourceful team that operates within a culture of hard work and trust, then this position is perfect for you!RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage organizational usage of the CRM system (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud) including reporting, lead generation and management, internal process improvement, and data manipulationMonitor and maintain customer data quality and data hygiene across multiple platformsDevelop reports and dashboards that visualize data and drive insights for Ticketing, Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, and the Executive Team in both Salesforce and TableauCreate and maintain digital forms that drive data capture and lead generationMaintain and analyze post-match surveying and reportingCreate and upload email audiences for Marketing communicationsTrain and support all Salesforce users across the organization and serve as the primary point of contact for system errors / operational issuesPerform ad-hoc analysis and additional duties as neededMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or a related fieldAnalytical experience through an educational program, analyst role, or a similar capacity – Recent graduates are encouraged to applyExperience with Salesforce CRM platforms or other database administration preferredExperience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferredExperience with a coding language (SQL, Python, R) preferredComfortable working with a range of department stakeholders and balancing their prioritiesEffective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications and ability to be a team playerWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
