Co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends—Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne—in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women’s soccer as we know it. We have the fire to be the best, and we will show up on the field every day with intensity, competitiveness, passion, and a drive to win.  Position Summary  Bay FC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our executive team at Bay FC. This role will support complex and high-volume calendaring, travel planning, and expense reporting for a number of executives. This is a full-time position, open to in-person, hybrid, or fully remote work.  Responsibilities:  This role will continually evolve with demands and needs of the executives across the business and you will need to be ready to act quickly, shift gears, and perform administrative duties with a high level of confidentiality Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives Manage hectic and complex calendars Manage executive expenses and coordinate with vendors as the need arises Arrange both domestic and international travel  Organize team, investor, and offsite events as needed Manage email distribution lists Manage and field inbound communications on behalf of executives Learn and utilize internal software platforms to provide support to the team Establish ongoing relationship and communications with executives to learn business priorities and apply to support    Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience providing administrative support  3+ years of experience managing calendars  3+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics  3+ years of experience managing expense reports  Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and activities  Experience with Microsoft Office  Experience exercising judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action   Preferred Qualifications:  Experience supporting 2+ more executives simultaneously  Experience operating autonomously   Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment   Desired Characteristics:  Detail oriented with a passion for creating processes and structure. Relationship-based and understanding and appreciative of the demands of players and staff. Excellent ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks. Models positive energy and navigates stressful situations with sophistication. Can push self and others in an ambiguous environment. Must align with Bay FC’s people-focused club vulture and share in our drive for excellence, innovation, collaboration, and integrity. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude. Team player. Forward thinker and contributor of ideas and opinions to tasks in hand. High work ethic, with an ability to work both independently and part of a wider team. Collaborative in nature, with an efficient and effective communication style. Passionate about building from the ground up. Problem solver / solution oriented. Find a way to get things done. Appreciates and works at pace. NWSL experience and/or knowledge of the Bay Area is a plus.  Bay FC is an equal opportunity employer to all, regardless of age, ancestry, color, disability (mental and physical), exercising the right to family care and medical leave, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, military or veteran status, national origin, political affiliation, race, religious creed, sex (includes pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and related medical conditions), and sexual orientation, or any other characteristics protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.
