Job Title: Admin Apprentice (Supporter Services)
Employer: Brighton Hove Albion FC
Salary: Salary will be in line with recommended Apprentice and national pay scales
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton
Job Type: 18-month fixed term contract

Help us deliver an exceptional service to our loyal fans
You will support our award-winning ticketing team by providing administrative support focused on the dispatch of the following products: tickets, travel, vouchers, membership, club communications, birthday cards. You will also deal with general enquiries from customers by phone, email, webchat and in person.
 
Whilst in employment, you will gain a Level 2 Apprenticeship. We are looking for someone who is committed to the completing the full 18-month apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will involve completing coursework to strict deadlines.  
 
About you
You will be an innovator, committed and someone who is passionate about starting their career in the football industry. Ideally you will have some previous experience of working in a customer service environment with cash handling experience, however this is not essential.
