About the job
You will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of academy programs. You will collaborate closely with various departments to maintain the high standard of services we offer. Your role will encompass:
- Processing the registrations for students.
- Interact with parents, guardians, and participants to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work with coaches and support staff to ensure everyone is aligned with the academy's goals and objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of academy events, coordinating logistics and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
- Provide regular reports to management on program performance, participant feedback, and operational efficiency.
You will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Outstanding and proven customer service skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and proven ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- Exceptional attention to details.
-Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely and be able to understand and explain matters arising in your own area of work.
-Be willing and flexible to deal with urgent changes / demands, whilst maintaining existing workload.
Important: You will be required to maintain flexibility with working hours to meet the demands of the role, working on match days and across all academy sites including the academy office and training ground.
