Role description

NFF Sogn og Fjordane is one of 18 football clubs directly subordinate to NFF. We organize the football activity in the area Sogn og Fjordane and manage 70 clubs, which in turn activate 1000 football teams. We are 6 employees, and have a turnover of approximately NOK 9 million. Office town on Fosshaugane Campus in Sogndal.

We are in an exciting period, with the reopening of football and many challenging tasks. We work purposefully to achieve goals in the NFF's strategic plan 2020-2024, and mention areas important for the position such as recruitment, inclusion, club development, sustainability and to develop the sport within e-sports, futsal and alternative football offers. The position will be part of our dynamic development team and work particularly closely with both subjects and management.
