The Accreditation System Manager Australia will be responsible for successful planning and setup of the FIFA Accreditation System according to FIFA Accreditation rules and ensuring a successful delivery between the FIFA Accreditation System and tournament operations in Australia and New Zealand for the FWWC2023.This role will involve leading and training a dedicated team within the FWWC2023 LFS Accreditation Department, under the guidance of the Accreditation Manager - AUS and working collaboratively with FIFA Accreditation team members and colleagues in AUS, NZ and Zurich.Job duties

Contributing to the success of the tournament by delivering the accreditation project on time and to the required standards
Supporting the Accreditation department in developing and implementing business processes, particularly in relation to the processing of participant data through the various stages of their accreditation journey
Reviewing and refining the accreditation system functional specifications and associated documentation ensuring that they represent the needs of the Accreditation department
Obtaining and developing a very good understanding of all accreditation policies and procedures of the FWWC2023 from registration to distribution
Familiarising with the accreditation processes in order to understand where the accreditation system exchanges information with other systems i.e. the access control system
Familiarising with the teams' customer interfaces and key contacts and developing an excellent working relation with the relevant FWWC2023 projects
Planning, implementing and operating accreditation system requirements, procedures and operations under guidance of FIFA Accreditation
Managing accreditation registration processes and operations in Australia
Liaison with FIFA HQ in Zurich to ensure consistency in accreditation system planning and delivery in both host countries as per FIFA standards
Working on the Accreditation Privilege Matrix in cooperation with FIFA Accreditation, in order to provide the accreditation holders with the appropriate accreditation device and access entitlement that enable them to perform their roles efficiently
Working with the Technology Division to ensure the efficient integration of different systems that will feed the FIFA Accreditation System
Communicating with internal and external constituent groups and individuals on accreditation system processes and conduct training of the core users on the relevant system including train-the-trainer sessions
Liaison and collaboration with host country public authorities i.e. security authority in setting up the technical side of the background check process and secure the effective integration in the tournament planning and delivery
Ensuring the timely delivery of system functionality and ensure the accreditation processes run efficiently on the FIFA Accreditation System and maintain all administrative technology tasks in a disciplined fashion
Ensuring the flow of data into and out of the FIFA Accreditation System where necessary and according to GDPR and local data protection laws
Ensuring, with the help of the FWWC2023 IT department, that data security is always adhered to
Representing Accreditation in all technology related issues, supporting the Accreditation department in the collation and creation of the accreditation reports
Assisting FIFA HQ Zurich in setting up and managing the tournament in the FIFA Accreditation System
