TheAccreditation Operations Manager Australiawill be responsible for the planning, setup, operation and dismantling of all Accreditation Centres for the FWWC2023™ in Australia.This role will involve working with a dedicated Accreditation team within the FWWC2023™ under the guidance of the Accreditation Managers in Australia and FIFA Zurich and working collaboratively with Accreditation and Access team members and colleagues in Australia, New Zealand, and Zurich.The Accreditation team has a direct impact on safety and security of the tournament. Not only does it affect operations, but it also has a bearing on people's first impression and lasting perception of the entire tournament. It is essential that accreditation is managed and operated to the highest standards.Job dutiesThe Accreditation Operations Manager - Australia will be responsible for:

Contributing to the success of the tournament by delivering the accreditation operations on time and to the required standards
Developing, implementing, and operating accreditation policies, procedures and operations under guidance of FIFA Accreditation

Setting rules that establish boundaries, limits, zones or fully describe the operations and/or services

Supervising a dedicated team of Venue Accreditation Managers, Venue Accreditation Coordinators, Access Coordinator and Volunteers
Developing training materials (i.e. Accreditation manual, guidelines etc.) and provide adequate training to local accreditation personnel and volunteers in cooperation with FIFA Accreditation

Ensure consistency in training of accreditation personnel in all *tournament sites in both host countries in line with FIFA requirements, regulations and standards
Implement and supervise implementation of accreditation policies and procedures

Ensuring all venue accreditation infrastructure including the IBC is delivered according to FIFA regulations and the relevant tournament requirements
Designing and/or updating the accreditation zoning maps in accordance with Venue Management and zone owners and make them available to all
Coordinating site inspections with FIFA representatives and zone owners in order to review and confirm the accreditation zoning previously drafted on maps
Coordinating with and supporting the Access Management Team with regard to accreditation access control, zoning, including access control systems
Planning and assuring the delivery of fully equipped Accreditation Centres (overlay, technology, power, lighting, FF&E) as per requirements set forth by FIFA
Planning the layout of accreditation facilities in accordance with FIFA Accreditation
Developing requirements, tender, selecting and managing suppliers for Accreditation consumables according to FIFA standards and timelines
Coordinating the Accreditation volunteers planning (numbers per shift, per facility, services)
Managing and supervising all the Australian Accreditation Centres' operational deliverables
Coordinating and supervising accreditation card printing & distribution
Supporting issue resolution activities in coordination with FIFA and FIFA Women's World Cup 2023™ Accreditation Constituent Group team
Managing the accreditation consumable stock management for all accreditation facilities
Knowledge and management of Access Management plans, operations, zoning, dot plans, policies and procedures, client constituent groups flows, signage, training, and electronic access management system.
