CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You are looking for a work-study program as part of a minimum Bac +3 (DCG, DSCG, etc.);
- You are dynamic, methodical, rigorous, voluntary and proactive;
- You know how to demonstrate great rigor, good organization and have an eye for detail;
- Ideally, you have already held a job of the same type;
REQUIRED SKILLS
- You have a solid foundation in accounting standards;
- You master computer tools: Excel, Word, Power Point;
- You know and master accounting software, ideally SAGE;
JOB DESCRIPTION AND MISSIONS
Under the responsibility of the accounting and payroll manager, the accounting assistant will have in particular the missions
following:
ACCOUNTING
- Record invoices / receipts / allocations;
- Establish monthly bank reconciliations;
- Entry and reciprocity of accounting entries (account lettering);
- Monitor payments and follow up with customers;
- Participate in the monthly and annual closing of accounts with the Accounting Manager;
- Ensure the follow-up of expense reports, the tallying of credit card statements.
ADMINISTRATION
- Mail processing, file tracking, classification and archiving;
- Participate in improving processes and activities.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Type of employment: Work-study program.
Place of work: Groupe ADP – Paris FC training center in Orly (94310).
Start of contract: In September 2024 for a duration to be defined with the candidate.
