Position: Account Manager – Partnership Activation

Reporting to: PA Strategic Manager

Job mission: Account Manager role that sits within the Partnerships Activation Team, specialising in partnership management (China & APAC Focus).

An integrated role spanning sponsorship activation, specialising in partnership management with integrated comms, digital content and as well as an understanding of experiential and events.

To work as account lead on international and regional partners for different sports within the Club.

Main responsabilities:

Multiple account management.
Manage daily contact with partners.
Activation, implementation, administration and follow up of partnership campaign plans
Coordination of other Club’s departments and HQ teams.
Asset Execution.
Event Management.
Support Strategic Manager on identify upselling and cross selling opportunities.
Present information to partners and internal representatives and respond to questions from managers and partners.

Knowledge and abilities required:


Knowledges & experience in China Market (marketing & social media)
Working on 360 campaigns, beyond a long-form video (e.g. teasers, dark marketing).
Passion and Experience for sports marketing, digital marketing, an understanding of social campaigns
Knowledge of the world of sport, especially football.
Knowledge of Sports Marketing trend and market.
Knowledge of Barça.
Experience in corporate marketing/sports marketing in global businesses.


Ability to work across multiple clients and projects at one time whilst maintaining a high work standard with the ability to prioritise and tolerance for frustration.
Staying calm and displaying a positive attitude whilst under pressure, and successfully delegating to keep work manageable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communication and build relationships and trust with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

Take ownership and be fully accountable for day-to-day operations
Curious profile and affinity for market trends.

Education, Experience & Languages:

Education: Degree in Marketing and Communications or relevant area.

Experience: At least three experience. Marketing, key account service and sport industry preferred. Working experience in China is a plus

Languages required: Chinese Mandarin & English native | Familiar with other Asian language & Spanish will be a plus
