The Orange County Soccer Club are currently seeking hardworking and experienced sales professionals possessing the ability to build relationships and maximizing opportunities to generate revenue. The Account Executive, Ticket Sales Service will be responsible for selling and servicing season tickets, flex plans and group ticket packages for the Orange County Soccer Club, through cold calls, digital outreach, out of office appointments and different events.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Focus on selling group tickets inventory to private local, regional and national businesses with operations in the Orange County area
Focus on selling season tickets, partial plans and premium seating inventory through referrals of established relationships and calls
Establish relationships with local non-profit organizations and affinity groups
Develop and maintain relationships with each reassigned and new account to upgrade/renew and collect referrals, attend youth soccer club/league meetings, chamber of commerce meetings and networking events, and other events approved by the Director, Ticket Sales Service
Maintain accurate sales activity: calls, meetings and stadium tours
Provide weekly activity summaries as outlined by the Director, Ticket Sales Service
Meet all predetermined activity and sales goals
Assist with other season and group ticket sales duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Passion for sales, sports and forging new relationships
Bachelor degree in sports management, business management, marketing, or related field
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, while being able to provide reports and summaries as directed
Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays as necessary
Strong ability to adapt in a fast paced and consistently changing environment
Desire to be a sales industry leader
Open to learning/training
Bilingual a plus
