Salary: Competitive remuneration package
We are excited to be recruiting an Accident Fund Executive, who will provide support to the PFA members that are claiming medical grants from the PFA Accident Injury fund.  
The Accident Fund Executive will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Player Services, The PA to the CEO and other members of the Medical Committee. The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing the flow of applications via the Accident Fund and resolving matters as they arise. 
Compiling player records and ensuring the digital database (CRM) is kept up to date
Call handling ( email responses) for Accident Fund applications
End to end processing of Accident Fund claims
Liaising with the Finance team with payment processing
Proactively seeking solutions to enhance the operation of the Accident Fund and the service quality we provide to members
PTD / Early Payment of Pension 
Enhancements of the overall Accident Fund processes 
Other duties as seen fit by the COO or Director of Player Services
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the experiences shared by current former football players
Good Written Oral Communication skills.
Relationship building.
Teamwork as well as work efficiently on your own.

Experience of working in football, knowledge of the football industry
