About the job
Inter Academy is a medium-long term program, based on a technical know-how transfer process.


Inter Academy is a direct, global extension of the Club’s youth academy, which is renowned both for its on-field achievements and the ability of its Coaches to develop professional footballers. All the activities in our Academies adhere to the rules and regulations of the Inter Corporate Policy for Children, which was drawn up in accordance with international principles for the protection of children.


Inter Academy Toronto is looking for Competitive level and grassroots level Coaches.


These positions require professionalism, organization and discipline in order to program the season, six-week cycles and session plans to ensure that the Inter Methodology standards are met.


Applicants should show a willingness to learn and grow by keeping up to date with their qualifications and attending our coaching clinics.


Training sessions are generally in the evening with some games or sessions over the weekends.


All coaches will be asked to run a trial session with an academy team as part of the interview process.


Responsibilities


Prepare and lead sessions for their allocated team
Follow and transfer Inter Academy Methodology, Procedures and Policies
Remains updated with current qualifications
Minimum Requirements;


· C-license or above


· Soccer for life


· Learn to train


· Making ethical decisions


· Emergency Action Plan


· Reliable mode of transportation
