Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club is recruiting for a rare and exciting opportunity for an Academy Recruitment Administrator to join our category one status academy recruitment team based at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing.
What does the day to day look like for an Academy Recruitment Administrator?
Reporting to the Academy Recruitment Manager, this role will be responsible for all aspects of academy recruitment administration, including but not limited to keeping academy recruitment databases up to date, coordinating and administering all development centres, booking flights and co-ordinating travel arrangements for scouts, triallists and parents.
What we need
Suitable candidates will have experience of working within a professional football environment in a related or similar role and be familiar with Academy structures and processes. Applicants must have the ability to work calmly under pressure, plan and prioritise workload, meet deadlines and use their own initiative.
