ROLE DESCRIPTION

K. Beerschot VA Youth Academy is in full professionalization as a family club. Our Youth Academy strongly believes in training your own talents. That is why we have a great opportunity available for a motivated, flexible and forward-thinking person who can take on the position of Video Analyst.


The successful candidate will have a passion for youth player development within the Youth Academy. You will work closely with our Head of Academy Performance Analyst, other video analysts and technical staff from your youth teams.


You are available on Saturday or Sunday (during the home game) and 2 evenings a week. Reimbursement in accordance with performance delivered, clothing package, MacBook Pro, analysis software, camera set-up, first team subscription and possibility to follow the correct education and training.
