About the job
Aim:

To support the growth of the IJF Academy squad programme through strategic coordination and professional coaching. The Lead Coach will work as part of the IJF coaching team and in line with the IJF philosophy.


Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver on the IJF Squad programme in line with the IJF philosophy.
Work with IJF management to meet the aims and objectives of the squad programme.
Implement a holistic development programme for all squads responsible for.
Manage and coordinate a games programme for all squads responsible for.
Lead on all communications with all stakeholders including staff, players, parents, and third-party
partners.
Provide development opportunities for non IJF squad players.
Provide and review written termly reports for all IJF squad players.
Support and deliver an age-appropriate afterschool programme.
Support and deliver an age-appropriate camp programme.
Engage with partner schools to aid with the growth of the IJF programmes
Comply with all IJF policies and procedures.
Support with the management of domestic and international tours.
Support all social media channels.
Ensure own CPD development is active and up to date.
Complete any other tasks as requested by IJF management.


Reports to: Academy Manager


Qualifications: UEFA B License, FA Youth Award, Clean Driving License.


Working Hours: 48 Hours across 6 days per week.
