Its vision to develop young players who are technically and tactically capable of playing for Everton’s Men’s First Team, or having a career in the professional game, remains as focused as ever.
We now have an extremely exciting new opportunity for an Academy Lead Local Area Scout based in the South/Central/East Manchester to join our expanding Academy Recruitment department.
As Academy Lead Local Area Scout you will identify and recruit the best local players for our Academy, and deliver comprehensive coverage across your designated area; attending fixtures and spotting top talent.
Through the identification and reporting of the mist talented young players in your area, you will also support the coordination of recruitment activity in your local area and operate as an expert within your local area of coverage, as such you will be required to maintain a reflective level of knowledge and insight into youth football.
You will build positive relationships not only across the Everton Family but also externally; to ensure we are recruiting the very best young players.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for a confident leader who has vast experience of Talent ID and located across South/Central/East Manchester.
You will be confident in communicating with all stakeholders; while developing and implementing recruitment strategies across your local region. This role will provide opportunity to demonstrate the importance of Talent ID within a performance environment and how it is able to support an exciting future for our football club.

The role is permanent, part time contract with the expectation of you attending regular fixtures across your local area; working 16 hours per week.
