As a coach for the 15-year-old team, you are a crucial part of the Viking Academy's player development work. In 2023, our 15-year-old team will compete in the newly formed national G.15 series.

The Viking Academy is primarily looking for a highly motivated and development-oriented player developer/coach with experience from working with top player development, who wants to work with young players. We are looking for a person who is able to combine strong relational skills with high demands and standards. You must thrive in an ambitious and professionally strong environment that is constantly looking to improve.

Dialogue and collaboration come naturally to you and you are confident in both internal and external communication.
You have training as a coach: UEFA A-licence/UEFA Youth elite and/or bachelor's degree/master's degree in sports with specialization in football, possibly other relevant education.
You are passionate about talent development, are professionally curious, and have a strong understanding of both the game and the talent development subject.
Main responsibility for planning, implementation and evaluation of training and matches for the relevant team.
Responsible for the management of the coaching team linked to the team.
Main responsibility for preparing development goals for individual players and following them up.
Main responsibility for analysis work towards the team and individual players using the club's preferred analysis tool.
Use of process tools related to planning and follow-up of teams and individual players.
Participate in internal coaching meetings
Work in the afternoon/evening/weekend must be expected.
