The job

Brighton & Hove Albion FC are recruiting for an Academy Goalkeeping Coach to come and join the team to be responsible for coaching and delivering goalkeeping sessions to our foundation phase (U9 - U14). An exciting opportunity for someone who is a student of the game and is continuously looking to improve and develop themselves and others.

What does the day to day look like?

As Academy Goalkeeping Coach you will work as part of a team to deliver the age specific goalkeeping syllabus and programme in line with the club and academy philosophy to the U9's and U14's foundation phase. Flexibility is required in this role, enabling the post-holder to coach with various phases of the academy goalkeeping department. Part of the role will contribute to the trialling processes and to the talent Identification and scouting programme and be to ensure all relevant information is uploaded onto the PMA system.

What we need

The successful candidate must hold the following qualifications:

UEFA ‘B’ Goalkeeping License & UEFA B License
Currently holds or is working towards FA Youth Modules 1, 2 & 3
FA Emergency First Aid Certificate
FA Safeguarding qualification

The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
