The FC Utrecht Youth Academy is looking for enthusiastic goalkeeper coaches for several youth teams (lower and middle school) who develop our youth keepers in an educational environment in a top sport environment. Goalkeeper trainer lower or middle school (12 hours p/w) Content of the function Training and guiding the youth keepers so that they are brought to the intended (highest possible) level of education. This is based on the principles of the “Training and Keepers Plan”. Activities Plays a proactive role in the development of the goalkeepers and players. Based on the “Training and Keepers Plan” and the “Personal Development Plan” (PDP). Consults with the selection trainer and parents/guardians of the goalkeeper(s) about their POP, as well as about the results thereof. Contributes to the further development of the Training and Keepers plan. Stimulates, in close collaboration with the selection trainers, the growth of the “Top Talent” appointed as such and follows the “Step-by-step plan” from the Training Plan. Ensures that he develops the keeper(s) during isolated forms and situations during team training (keeper in collaboration with the defence). He not only coaches the keeper, but also the players he has to work with. Prepares specific and individual training courses and is responsible for the implementation and evaluation thereof. Prepare this with the selection trainer. Analyzes, in collaboration with the selection coach, the functioning of the goalkeeper(s) in relation to the set goals during matches. Scout and select new keepers to be recruited in collaboration with the youth scouting. Participates in relevant internal as well as external consultations. What are we looking for Minimum HBO work and thinking level, Experience as a youth goalkeeper trainer at minimum first division level. At least UEFA C and/or the goalkeeper coach C course has been followed, or is willing to follow this. Is performance-oriented and has demonstrable social, pedagogical and didactic skills. Works in a structured and systematic way. Is able to handle different leadership styles. Can work both relationship and task oriented. Is able to create a challenging work environment in which youth keepers can develop. Has strong organizational skills and can work independently. Is good at “reading” a competition/training. Sufficient user experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. A worthy representative of FC Utrecht in every way. Residence within a 40 km radius of FC Utrecht training complex Zoudenbalch.
