Role description

Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for an Academy Administrator to support its Academy Administration operations at our Training Ground Facility at Clayton Wood in Trent Vale.
The successful applicant will assist in the management of all logistical and operational issues affecting Clayton Wood, bet365 Stadium or any other site utilised by the Academy and all processes in relation to requirements from the Premier league, Football League and Football Association.
You will oversee the arrangement of all fixtures for the Academy Teams and liaise closely with the Academy Director and Academy Head of Operations Administration in respect to all matters relating to the recruitment, registration and release of Academy players ensuring that Club/Premier League/Football League/FA guidelines and protocols are adhered to. You will also be involved in organising travel and accommodation arrangements.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in football administration, and be able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills. You will also be computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office Programmes.
The positions will be offered on a Full Time basis with a degree of flexibility needed to cover evening and weekend work as required. All relevant training will be provided.
