Open Positions:
1. Academy & Squads Coach

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions for various age groups.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance player skills and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate player progress, providing feedback and support.
- Assist in organizing and managing academy events and matches.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience at an academy or professional level.
- Relevant coaching certifications (UEFA C, FA L2, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

2. Academy & Location Lead Coach

Responsibilities:

- Oversee coaching operations at designated locations.
- Lead and mentor a team of coaches to ensure consistent, high-quality training.
- Coordinate with the Academy Director to align coaching strategies and goals.
- Manage administrative tasks related to player registration, scheduling, and reporting.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
- Coaching requirements of UEFA C, FA L2 or equivalent.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
