Grange Thistle Football Club, founded in 1919, is one of the oldest clubs in Queensland with a proud history. Located in the Greater Brisbane Area, Lanham Park is our home and it is situated just north of Brisbane city and surrounded by Windsor, Wilston, Stafford, and Alderley.

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an Academy Coach at Grange Thistle Football Club. As an Academy Coach, your day-to-day tasks will include coaching and training players, developing and implementing training programs, analyzing performance, providing feedback and guidance, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all players.

Qualifications

FA/AFC C Diploma or working towards (or international equivalent)
Experience in coaching football/soccer
Knowledge of coaching techniques, tactics, and strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with players of different ages and skill levels
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Passion for promoting inclusivity and fair play
Experience working with youth players is a plus
